In his ruling regarding the size of nipple covering devices in gentlemen's clubs... well, read it. Some choice extracts: "Plaintiffs... seek an erection of a constitutional wall separating themselves from the regulatory power of City government." "Should the parties wish to string this case out to trial on the merits,..." "An appendix is attached ... for those who wish to appeal and those who suffer from insomnia." His ruling also includes a picture of "Miss Wiggles," who performed... some kind of dance in a leotard. And cites To Kill a Mockingbird in a footnote. Someone should publish a book of this guy's rulings. |
