Martian Crater Named for George Pál
According to a new announcement from the USGS, a crater on Mars has been named for George Pál.

Pál produced some of the best-remembered science fiction movies, including the Heinlein-scripted Destination Moon, The Time Machine, and the film that gives him a Martian connection, War of the Worlds.
