William S. Burroughs on General Semantics
.
Not inclined to invest the time to watch it, myself, but someone else might be interested.

Re: William S. Burroughs on General Semantics
Looks interesting. It'll probably take me a few days to get through, but I'll work on it.

Re: William S. Burroughs on General Semantics
Well, I made it through 2 of the supposed three parts. 'Supposed' because part 3 doesn't seem to be on youtube.
If there was anything about General Sematics in general or Korzybski in specific, I didn't hear it. Must have been in the missing part.
What WAS there was some interesting interpretations and commentary on various books. I was rather chagrined, but not surprised, to hear him say that he didn't include science fiction in his lists of books to read because he didn't believe that the plots and settings could ever happen. This from the author of Naked Lunch.
Unless you are a hardcore writer or lover of the beat generation literature, don't bother.
