For Us The Living
In Robert James' afterword to the subject book, tells the story of how he found the a copy of the manuscript in hands of one of Stover's students. Michael Hunter was asked to "read the novel, make a synopsis for use in the [Stover] biography, and use it in a student project connecting Heinlein's first novel to both H. G. Wells and to Heinlein's later writings."
Robert, did you examine this "student project"? Is it interesting? Any chance you are still in contact with Hunter and can get him to post it here?

Re: For Us The Living
I think he sent me a copy of it. Basic student work.
I will see if I can locate it.
