Post Centenial Review (major late on this one)
Using the search feature I didn't find any reference on heinleinnexus to the following article...that I found randomly today.

That's a NICE writeup. We'll take it, even late.

In the end, I found Heinlein is finite. Thus, finite analysis is needed.

Post Re: Centenial Review (major late on this one)
Darnit! The one thing* I regret most about having resigned as project manager for the THS Centennial Reader is that they were going to pay my way to the Centennial to promote the project since I couldn't afford it on my own.

The one thing I was most looking forward to at the Centennial was serving on the Korzybski-General Semantics panel since I had been researching it for my book for the previous 2 years.

Steve Stockdale is an acknowledged expert on GS, but his background on Heinlein was fairly limited the last time I corresponded with him. ETC., the Journal of the Institute was kind enough to reprint my refutation of Joseph Major's claims about Heinlein and GS which Bill originally published for me in THJ. Since that time he Steve has resigned as Executive Director of the Institute.

I don't know the extent of David Gerrold's knowledge, but I expect that it is much more in depth than Stockdale's. Anyone know how to contact him?

Was there any recording of this panel?

*The other thing was that the project died after that and nobody took it on.

The date on that is July 2007 -- I read it back then as I was keeping up with Centennial links. There were 30 or 40 on the web altogether, though this was one of the most complete.

Nice article.

Gerrold's address is on his website AFAIR, but he's pretty busy.

Nice review, although he's got some facts wrong (I never visited Ginny, for example). Like many memories, a bit tweaked, reality-wise, but nice to have on record.
