I found it used for $39 and bought it still in mint/very fine shape. I'd be lying if I said anything about the contents yet, though. |

That press has the e-book available when you buy the print copy, but ONLY if you are a library. I checked, because the book has a code printed in it, but they told me as an individual I couldn't redeem it. I suspect my used copy probably came from a library that discarded the print book. |
