Aha, you beat me to supplying the link, BillMullins!

As has been opined by others on this board, I don't see The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress as a feature movie, unless it's scripted as a parody of the novel, à la the Starship Troopers movie. I'd rather see it as a three- or four-episode TV miniseries. And with Bryan Singer leading the charge, I'm afraid it'll be a CGI star-battle-flick. Maybe he can fit in an X-man or two to further spice up proceedings. [We need a <sarcasm> font.]

Even so, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

To update a bit, the current working title is Uprising, and it may be released sometime in 2018. These tidbits are thanks to imdb.com

Bryan Singer has been named as one of the many Hollywood figures who has sexually molested someone, and anything associated with him is probably kryptonite at this point.

Terry Rossio is a screenwriter who was involved with an earlier iteration of TMIAHM as a movie (perhaps because of his experience writing the adaptation of The Puppet Masters, which he believes is ), and has written a long about the many ways that writers risk time and opportunities when working on film projects. TMIAHM is mentioned in passing -- do a CTRL-F for "21" to find the relevant passage. (The whole post is worth reading if you care about that part of a writer's life, but it will take a while.)
