For those interested, the Max DVD set is out, even though Amazon doesn't list it as available until later this month. I have rewatched the original UK telefilm (on an, um, noncommercial disc) followed by the first two ABC episodes with my kids, and even though I know these shows forwards and backwards I am spotting new details. George Stone (who is more responsible for Max being Max than anyone else in the creative chain) nailed a number of important points that have regrettably come true.

The Max Project is moving forward in fits and starts again, as well, at www.MaxHeadroom.com.
