Post subject:  Of Interest: Heinlein’s “Gulf”, The Dark Triad and Sanity

Someone emailed me this link. Some interesting points made, especially about how Joe Gilead shows "Dark Triad" traits (as does Kettlebelly Baldwin, for that matter). In fact, the more I consider it, the more his heroes seem to show this--in the right measure.

And Heinlein himself seems to have been something of a "Dark Triad Man."

I don't agree with this assessment at all; it misses the entire point of the story.

I am taken aback by the assertion that It is legal to download Gulf for free. Since when?

Peter--the story has been posted by Baen Books, and I presume they own the rights?
They also have posted Bill Patterson's introduction to "Assignment in Eternity", but not the rest of the stories in that collection (click "contents" in upper right corner of link.)
