Rings absolutely no bells for me. Specifically who said it and in what context?

In the end, I found Heinlein is finite. Thus, finite analysis is needed.

Jubal referring to Joe Douglas. He says it to Ben when Ben wakes up from his kidnapping.

Hi Tina,

I was thinking about you the other day - hope you are doing well. I have missed your pixels.

Good catch, Tina. I was thinking it rang bells, but faintly.

Thanks Audrey -- it has just been a tough time, though I finally got moved. They say both good and bad things are stressors, so I got married, moved, lost him, moved, and moved completely ... all in about six months.

Now I breathe in and breathe out to compensate for the above. I adopted a dog Sunday and she escaped on Wedneday. Some days you can't win.

Bill, I used to know Stranger so well that when the restored version came out I tripped abruptly over each one of the 60,000 words of restoration. Really. So if it comes from the original, it's in my head somewhere.

Right now I need to unpack some more, but I will be back ... after a couple of trips to PA with stuff that I am getting rid of to the nieces. Life.

I just started a reread* of SiaSL last night, and had hit this scene just before dozing off at 3-mumble a.m. (RAH always does that to me).

The exact passage read: {Jubal speaking} "There's always a choice! This one is a choice between 'bad' and 'worse'--which is a difference much more poignant than that between 'good' and 'better.'"

*Or, since it is my first read of the uncut version, does that mean it is a read and not a reread?
