 Moveable Feast Is this the right place wherein to call a panel for a feast? I was thinking of convening a session on "Which Will Make it First: Single-Stage to GEO or Space Elevator?"

Re: Moveable Feast We don't have a formal process (yet); I'm not sure if a discussion here or in Planning is best.
Generally, the Moderator gets the idea and control, then ropes in some suitable number of Panelists who have to be active users here, and then a topic is created in which all of those have posting privileges while the Moderator has moderator (editing) privileges.

Panelists: Round 'em up.

In the end, I found Heinlein is finite. Thus, finite analysis is needed.
